Our performances are a huge part of Backstreet as the focus is to build confidence, have fun and personal growth. Therefore working towards a goal is important and we are so thrilled that our students can shine on stage.
Term 3 Production Date is: Saturday 10th September @ Edge Hill State School Performing Arts Centre.

*Trial classes are only permitted for the first 2 weeks of each dance term. New Students have the opportunity to sign up and trial 1 class to start with, unless permission given by the Director to trial more:

Must complete, sign and submit form to secure a spot.
After you have trialled your first class: Full term payment plus once-off membership fee of $20 is due. See Reception before continuing on for the term to do so: We will hand you an exciting welcome kit & membership card.
If you complete 2 classes, you are required to pay fees in full (even if you pull out after the 2nd class).
A late fee of $20 will be charged if you don’t pay your fees on time (discretion of the Managers). By submitting this form, you agree to this condition.
Term Fees remain the same throughout the year, whether it’s a long or short term, regardless of absences. The only exception is when there are public holidays, term fees may be reduced.
Term fees are non refundable and non transferrable.
Term Fees covers all dance tuition at the studio (it does not cover for rehearsals or the Production)
Payment Methods Accepted: Credit/Debit Card / Cash / Cheque / Money Order (Bank deposits are not permitted for new students in their first term: Please see Reception to make payment)

End of Term Performance

Term 3 Production Date: Saturday 10th September 2022 @ Edge Hill State School Performing Arts Centre, Pease Street

If you choose NO to performing you are NOT required to make a costume payment or attend rehearsals.
If you choose YES, you are required to pay a $35 hire fee & $30 security bond. Costume hire includes receiving the Production Footage.
Any Family/Friends wishing to attend the Performances are required to pay for performance tickets (students free) which will be approx. $15 per person per show if bought before Production Day. Tickets are $20 each if purchased on the day of the Production.
By choosing YES, you understand the conditions above and agree to make these extra payments when required.
If you chose UNDECIDED, please inform us by the 30th July of your decision so we can organise costume fitting and stage positions in class.

Keep in mind, Backstreet performances are a positive experience.

The focus is getting up on stage and showcasing what you've learnt, having fun and building confidence.

Students under 10yo will have an Assistant or Teacher dancing on stage with them to provide them reassurance.

We DO NOT focus on perfection - we focus on getting up there and enjoying yourself.

WE embrace all body shapes and sizes and abilities on stage.

Therefore full fees will be charged and are due BEFORE your 1st class of the term, unless you have either:

Cancelled or changed your re-enrolment BEFORE the term has commenced (via email only)

If you change your mind AFTER the term has commenced - you will still be charged for the full term. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Late Fees will apply if term fees are paid late. Term Fees cover all dance tuition at the studio (it does NOT cover for rehearsals or the Production).

We will text you a copy of your tax invoice within 48 hours.
You CAN make payment via bank transfer or at Reception when we are open.
When making payment online, please make full payment including costume hire.

Once funds are cleared, we will text you a copy of your receipt.
If making payment over the counter at Reception (c/card or cash), this must be done BEFORE your 1st class. Thankyou.
