1. Must complete, sign and submit form to secure a spot.
2. Check your inbox to ensure you have received email confirmation
3. Come and trial the class at the beginning of term (in the class you booked into)
4. After you have trialled your first class and decide you wish to continue: See Reception to make full payment of term fees PLUS a once-off membership fee of $20. Reception will also hand you a Membership card and Welcome Kit.
5. If you complete 2 classes, you are required to pay fees in full (even if you pull out after the 2nd class).
6. A late fee will be charged if you don’t pay your fees on time (discretion of the Managers). By submitting this form, you agree to this condition.
7. Term Fees remain the same throughout the year, whether it’s a long or short term, regardless of absences.
8. Term fees are non refundable & non transferable.
9. Term Fees covers all dance tuition at the studio (it does not cover for rehearsals or the Production)
10. Payment Methods Accepted: Credit/Debit Card / Cash

(Bank transfers are NOT permitted for new students in their first term: Please see Reception to make payment)

End of Term 1 Production Date: 

Saturday 29th March 2025 @ Edge Hill State School Performing Arts Centre, Pease Street

1.  If you choose NO to performing you are NOT required to make a costume payment or attend rehearsals.
2. If you choose YES, you are required to pay a $35 hire fee & $30 security bond. Costume hire includes receiving the Production Footage.
3. Any Family/Friends wishing to attend the Performances are required to pay for performance tickets (students free) which will be  approx. $15 per person per show if bought before Production Day. Tickets are $20 each if purchased on the day of the Production.
4. By choosing YES, you understand the conditions above and agree to make these extra payments when required.
5. If you chose UNDECIDED, please inform us by the 22nd February of your decision so we can organise costume fitting, bagging of costumes and stage positions in class. 

A note about our Performances

Keep in mind, Backstreet performances are a positive experience:

* The focus is getting up on stage and showcasing what you've learnt, having fun and building confidence.

*Students under 10yo will have an Assistant or Teacher dancing on stage with them to provide them reassurance.

*We DO NOT focus on perfection - we focus on getting up there and enjoying yourself.

*WE embrace all body shapes and sizes and abilities on stage.

1 - By submitting this form you are committed to the classes you have chosen (as we have secured your spot). Therefore full fees will be charged and are due BEFORE your 1st class of the term, unless you have sent us an email BEFORE term has commenced, stating you wish to cancel/change your re-enrolment.

2 - If you change your mind AFTER the term has commenced (and have not informed us) - you will still be charged for the full term.

3 - Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

* You CAN make payment via bank transfer or at Reception when we are open.

*When making payment online, please make full payment including costume hire.

*If paying online, ensure to use your last name & membership number as the reference. Payment due before term starts.

*If making payment over the counter at Reception (c/card or cash), this must be done BEFORE your 1st class.
